1. About RPS Win
RPS Win is a rock-paper-scissors game operated by Happy Company LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or playing, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
3. Coins
New accounts receive 1,000 free coins, and signed-in players can claim a free daily coin bonus. We may change or end free coin offers at any time. Additional coins may be purchased in the app through Apple or Google.
Coins are a limited license to use a virtual item inside the game. Coins have no cash value, cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or withdrawn for money or anything of value, and cannot be sold, transferred, or gifted to other players.
Coins won in games are game points only. No real money or prizes are ever paid out in the app.
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms. Refund requests are handled by them.
4. Fair play
Computer opponents choose their moves on our servers at random. You agree not to cheat, use automation, exploit bugs, or play with others to deliberately move coins or rankings. We may reset coins, XP, or rankings, or suspend accounts, that break these rules.
5. Leaderboard
Your username and XP may appear on the public leaderboard.
6. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from Menu → Account → Delete Account. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, coins, and game history and cannot be undone.
7. Changes and contact
We may update the game or these Terms; continued use means you accept the updated Terms. Questions: contact@rpswin.com.
